Part 2: Individualized Practicum Learning Objectives
Objective 1: In the process of the clinical rotation, I will take time to proper diagnoses according to DSM 5 based on historical and assessment observation data
Planned Activities: Take a thorough lookat patient psychiatric and medical history together with the use oif suitable DSM5 assessment questions to identify the kety indicators, triggers, assymptomatics, and the origin of the disorder from a unique patient perspective.

· Identification of the pathophysiological and psychopathological apsext of the patient condition and differentiate them for better care delivery

Objective 2: Using the DSM5 patient diagnostic data interpretation, I will individually select appropriate medication treatment plan.

Objective 4: In my clinical practicum, I will ensure that ai develop a professional cooperation network in order to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure there is regularly improvement of all roung nursing care service delivery
Planned Activities: Development of culturally relevant promotional materials that will help in proper dissemination of implementation prevention methods and proper information use with system that are already in place
