It is now time to publish the second article in Complex World for your series. As you know, the fentanyl epidemic in Dayton has decimated a large portion of the city. You assumed a role based upon the academic program in which you are currently enrolled, developing a solution to assist in combating the drug problem in the last module. You will be publishing your second article in the series, which should address the following questions:

Include data from your t-tests from assignment 2.3 that demonstrates that taking measures is one probable reason that there has been a reduction in overdose deaths in Montgomery county since 2017. What might the t-tests from 2018-2019 indicate about measures of opioid deaths and interventions in the county? Support the need for additional interventions (specifically yours from your role you have assumed).

What research methods were used in previous works that you are using to support your solution? Explain how the data was collected, and why you know the research is valid and reliable. ?

Provide specific examples and data that show the success of your method in other cities/regions from your research articles. Explain how they proved success (what test did they run and what did that test show) in a way that is digestible to an adult.

Why will your solution benefit both your organization (as per your role) and the community? Include the value of why forecasting opioid deaths in Montgomery county is beneficial, especially if nothing additional is done to combat the crisis.

Be sure and support your points with data and evidence.

Remember that editorials are typically opinion pieces; supporting your opinions with data adds to your credibility. Be sure your opinions are supported with data. Assume that Complex World is a leading source of interdisciplinary information for leaders in all fields and careers.

Your article should be no fewer than 600 words and no more than 800.

Your article should be submitted using the Complex World submission template 2 download Minimize File Preview . Be sure to use APA formatting for your citations and references, but the template should be used for your submission.

You have the ability to move images and headings within the template.

Be sure to include subheadings to break up your text and walk the readers through the sections of the article.

Lead and inline images are highly suggested. Note that images convey emotion, much like our article cover does. They also help to break up the text.

Null Hypothesis: There is no significant difference in number of accidental overdose deaths in Montgomery County for 2017 and 2018.

Alternative Hypothesis: There is a significant difference in number of accidental overdose deaths in Montgomery County for 2017 and 2018.

Since the p-value is less than alpha 0.05, we reject the null hypothesis and conclude that there is a significant difference in number of accidental overdose deaths in Montgomery County for 2017 and 2018.

Second test

Null Hypothesis: There is no significant difference in number of accidental overdose deaths in Montgomery County for 2018 and 2019.

Alternative Hypothesis: There is a significant difference in number of accidental overdose deaths in Montgomery County for 2018 and 2019.

Since the p-value is greater than alpha 0.05, we fail to reject the null hypothesis and conclude that there is no significant difference in number of accidental overdose deaths in Montgomery County for 2018 and 2019.
