Describe a use for RFM analysis for Costco. Explain what you would recommend to Costco based on the RFM scores for five customers who have the following scores: [5,5,5], [3,5,5], [5,2,5], [3,3,5], [5,5,3].
· Would this analysis be different for specialized retailers such as Best Buy or Micro Center? Is there a value of RFM analysis for such businesses?
