Demonstrate an understanding and use of the vocabulary and phrases associated with discussions ofthe Baroque in Europe: the philosophy, arts, cultures and religion.
Identify and discuss the major changes in European Art that distinguishes the Baroque movement.
Identify and articulate the achievements of the important people and artist of the Baroque.
Articulate the shifts in the functions of Art in the Baroque; particularly as propaganda for the religious conflicts of Catholics and Protestants, the monarchy, populist government and social reforms.
