Problem
There are three sets of tension test data in the next spreadsheet. (a) Determine the modulus of each set; (b) using the data, estimate the yield stress for each set; ( c) find the average of each load at corresponding extension, standard deviation, best estimate of the mean for average load at each extension; (d) find the average of the strain at each value of strain, standard deviation; (e) plot the average stress-strain, and determine the modulus from the plot.
