The Mission Statement In a corporate environment, a mission statement is a description of what an organization wants to accomplish in business.
A personal mission statement is a description of what you want to accomplish in your life! It:
1.Describes your fundamental purpose.
2.Guides the planning and implementation of your vision
3.Describes your own personal objectives, long-term goals, and guiding philosophyall of which touch your professional life, as well.

The Mission Statement
Personal Vision Statement:
I will be financially wealthy enough at a young age to be able to travel the world in a manner that is responsible and sensitive. In doing so, my children will grow up as real global citizens who share the same values as my future wife and me.
Personal Mission Statement:
I will obtain my CPA when I am 25 and will use these skills to advance through a career in the commercial real estate industry. I will build my own independent brokerage by 35 and will sell it at 40 years with children between 5 and 8 years old. That will give me the financial resources to live my vision.

The Mission Statement: Sample During the next two years in college I want to achieve excellent grades (3.5 or higher) in all my coursework.
I will also seek experience in a leadership role in a club, team, or activity, and I will actively seek two summer internships, three networking opportunities, and other hands- on experience.
I will also take advantage of the many career services workshops that are offered at UWB
In addition, I will volunteer in at least one community service organization on a regular basis. I will keep in close touch with my family as often as possible and help my parents with my younger siblings.
