March 30 – April 6 – Brief description of workout submit in comment section. Due April 7, 2020
April 7-20 – 2 Week Detail workout Log using provided form. Due: April 21, 2020
April 21-27 – 1 Week Detail workout Log using provided form. Due: April 28, 2020

Share and explain to the class some of your favorite types of exercise or fitness routines (at least one). Some examples might be cross country runs, treadmill incline interval (fast, slow) training, group or partner spin (cycle) training, High intensity partner weight training, Pilate’s, Yoga etc. Be creative and try out something new in fitness type exercises (do an online search for some ideas). The criteria is as follows:
1. Discuss the contribution of this physical activity to your overall physical, social mental and emotional well-being
2. Give some general instruction on how others can participate
Note: Be sure to review the “Grading Rubric” to see the requirements for full credit.
P.S. File attachments (pictures, movie clips, you tube etc.) are also welcome.

Write a 25 word analysis of your work, progress and success. A graph MUST be included in your writing to show change or success.You should include what has worked and what changes you have made in your diet, exercise, sleep, mood, measurements, weight or overall feeling.
